Cochran Inc.
I had the opportunity to lead the redesign of Cochran Inc’s digital presence, working with a talented team to create a more modern and cohesive experience that better reflects the company’s role as the largest female-led business in the Pacific Northwest.

As Design Director, I supported a cross-functional team in rethinking Cochran Inc’s digital presence. Our goal was to bring the brand up to date while creating a foundation that could grow with the business over time.
I partnered closely with stakeholders and the team to help align on priorities and shape a clear direction for the work. Together, we focused on simplifying the experience, making it easier to understand Cochran’s services and strengths, and creating a structure that balances storytelling with usability. Along the way, we introduced a more consistent visual language and design system to help unify the experience and support future updates.
A big part of my role was making sure the team had what they needed to do their best work—providing guidance, removing blockers, and helping maintain a high bar for quality without losing momentum. The end result is a more flexible and thoughtful digital experience that better represents the company and sets it up well for what’s ahead.
