Designing a scalable artist management platform for Red Bull
As Design Director, I led the design of a centralized platform to support Red Bull Music’s global artist management operations.
Partnering with product and engineering, I defined the experience strategy while contributing hands-on to key workflows and interaction patterns. The result was a scalable system that streamlined collaboration, improved visibility, and enabled teams to manage artists more efficiently across regions.
The Opportunity
Managing artists at scale requires coordination across multiple stakeholders—artists, managers, production teams, marketing, and external partners.
At Red Bull Music, workflows were fragmented across tools and regions, creating:
limited visibility into artist activity and planning
duplicated work across teams
inefficient coordination and communication
difficulty scaling operations globally
There was an opportunity to create a centralized platform that could unify artist data, streamline workflows, and support the complexity of managing talent across a global organization.

My Role
I led design direction for the platform, aligning stakeholders around a clear vision for a scalable, unified system.
My role spanned both strategy and execution:
Defined core product principles focused on clarity, efficiency, and scalability
Partnered with product and engineering to shape platform architecture
Contributed hands-on to UX, workflows, and interaction design
Ensured consistency and usability across complex feature sets
This allowed me to guide the system at a strategic level while ensuring the experience held up in day-to-day use.
